Nate
Nate Peine (aka KarateXplosion) has been tattooing at Vivid Tattoo since 2017, specializing in black and grey, illustrative, surrealism, and anime-inspired designs.
He enjoys tackling creative challenges like cover-ups, blast-overs, and reworking older tattoos, bringing new life to every piece he creates.
Gary
Gary is a versatile tattoo artist with 14 years of experience, skilled in traditional, realism, fine line, black & grey, and color work.
He enjoys tattooing horror, animals, pop culture, and anything fun, original, or detailed.
Diana
Diana is a Los Angeles–born artist who began tattooing in 2007. She specializes in black and grey horror, traditional designs, and custom cutesy pieces like Pokémon, bringing creativity and personality to every tattoo.
Nico
Nico is a San Diego native tattoo artist and piercer with a BFA from Laguna College of Art and Design.
They work in all styles, with a focus on realism, watercolor, woodcut, and neo-traditional, and enjoy creating custom magick-inspired designs like sigils and tarot.
Tom
Tom’s style blends creativity and precision, making him a great fit for both custom work and detailed designs.
Yesi
Yesi brings a creative and thoughtful approach to each tattoo, making sure every piece feels personal.
Mikah (Piercer)
Mikah is a dedicated professional piercer focused on providing a clean, safe, and comfortable experience. With attention to detail and proper technique, Mikah ensures every client feels confident and cared for throughout the process.
